NVP North View Products® thanks you for your purchase(s).

Please read carefully. If you would like to make a return, read our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at northviewpro@gmail.com.

• Return Policy

In the event that a return is necessary please contact us by email or by phone. Northviewpro@gmail.com, P 1-208-989-5065.

Returns are only accepted for clothing that is undamaged and in its original state.

All of NVP North View Products® with the (Silver Tag) must be returned within 45 days of purchase.

We will accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused. The product(s) must be in the same condition in which it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 5 days of the date you received your item. If return is applicable North View Products will send a prepaid Return Label by email.  After review of your returned product we will contact you by email within 48 hours.

We do not accept returns for Custom made Art, Bullion products containing .999 Silver, .9999 Silver, .925 Sterling, Fine Gold, Novelties, Accessories and Jewelry. All sales are final for these products.

• Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved within 48 hours.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Times may differ depending on the bank.

• Exchanges

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email northviewpro@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

• Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to northviewpro@gmail.com we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.

• Final Sale Items

Custom made Art, Bullion products containing .999 Silver, .9999 Silver, .925 Sterling, Fine Gold, Novelties, Accessories and Jewelry. All sales are final for these products it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
